Christian has 17 years of experience from the automotive industry in various positions in Sweden and Germany. He was head of Ricardo Sweden and Purchasing Manager at GM in Europe. Also, Christian held senior management positions at Arthur D. Little and Roland Berger with focus on the automotive industry.
Dr. Thomas Scharnhorst
Partner at Witech Engineering GmbH
Dr. Scharnhorst brings over 30 years of experience from Electrical Engineering at Volkswagen AG and Carmeq GmbH to the board of Pelagicore. As the head of Electrical Engineering at Volkswagen AG, Dr. Scharnhorst was responsible for the development of electrical architecture and all deliveries to vehicle programs and also served as Chairman for the AUTOSAR standards initiative. Thomas was also CEO for Carmeq GmbH (a subsidiary to the Volkswagen Group) which focused on software development for projects for the Volkswagen Group.
Mikael Söderberg
Founder and CTO
Mikael is a seasoned entrepreneur with a focus in Automotive and software development. Mikael founded Mocean Laboratories, where he served as CTO and CEO and delivered Infotainment solutions in production vehicles from BMW, Audi, Volvo and Jaguar Landrover. Mikael has strong engagement in community projects and serves on the Board of the Linux Society of Sweden.
